Oversee daily operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring efficient production of confectionery, biscuits, and chocolate products.​

Plan and coordinate production schedules, manage raw material and packaging inventory, and ensure timely delivery of finished goods.​

Ensure product quality, compliance with food safety regulations, and adherence to health and safety protocols.​

Lead and supervise production, maintenance, quality, and packaging teams.​

Implement cost-effective systems, minimize waste, and optimize resource utilization.​

Analyze productivity, troubleshoot operational issues, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.​

Maintain a safe and compliant workplace, ensuring zero injury and regulatory standards.

About You

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Engineering, Business Management, or a related field.​
  • Minimum 5–10 years of experience in food manufacturing, with at least 5+ years specifically in the chocolate industry.​
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.​
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, FDA, ISO) and manufacturing regulations.​
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational abilities.​
  • Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.​
  • Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is a strong plus, as it helps in managing production planning, inventory, and reporting efficiently.​

Having 5+ years of experience in the chocolate industry and familiarity with ERP systems are highly valuable, as they ensure expertise in chocolate-specific processes and efficient management of plant operations.​
